China Trip- Quanzhou

Old house in the old city...
4 days short trip in Quanzhou, it is disappointed me.  In my memory, Quanzhou was a small city which is clean, full of flowers and green...
Quanzhou MapAccording to travelchinaguide.com, Quanzhou, also called Licheng and Citong Cheng in Pinyin, is one of the most famous historical and cultural cities in China. It is an important seaport located in southeast Fujian Province and is the economic and political enter of the province. To its east is Taiwan separated from Quanzhou by the East Sea, making Quanzhou the famous mother town of Chinese compatriots in Taiwan and overseas. The climate is warm and humid, comfortable for year-round travel, making Quanzhou a popular tourist destination.
Quanzhou in my mind is A Famous Historical City Built of Stone , I spent most of my childhood time here, but what I see now is an ugly city:
Cars and motor bike are more than happy to honk their horns at just about anything; many people on the road, they didn't even say sorry when they knocked on you...A lot of new and high building but many homeless people in the city too...
Visited the Kaiyuan temple, only this place remains the same as many many years ago. This place is clean, big, and the old towers are well protected.
